When the City of Perth was awarded a federal grant to extend the financial district we realized that this was an opportunity to create a thriving business centre for the city. Working extensively with the council and in conjunction with major developers, multiple tall glass buildings consisting of office space, apartments, exclusive restaurants, and a shopping mall came to life. We also worked with architects and local environmentalists to extended the usable parkland in the city, creating extensive bike paths in and out of the city. This project will drive significant business to the city of Perth, and keep the middle aged cyclists off our back for years to come.
